This email is regarding with your concern about connecting the HERO10 Black to your Mobile. yet they continue to sell the service they know doesn't work and offer no refund or extension. Net result was a follow up 4 days later telling me they know it doesn't work and are working on it. Spent 2 hours of a precious Saturday when I should have been out riding on the phone with them.
